Brand, Media, and Commercial Content Policy

The Fort Greene courts maintained by the Fort Greene Tennis Association and NYC Parks are public courts intended for community use.

Any use of on-court time for photography or videography intended for commercial, marketing, or editorial purposes — by a brand of any size or content creators — requires the express prior permission of the FGTA. This applies regardless of the equipment used, including handheld phones and professional/large-format equipment.

Content shoots take court time away from the community members the courts are meant to serve.

Unauthorized filming may result in the shoot being asked to stop and/or further action by the FGTA.
